Custom software, built around how you actually work.

SwiftControl Systems designs, builds and runs software for organizations whose work does not fit off-the-shelf tools. We start from your real workflow and build exactly what it needs.

What we do

  • Custom applications

Web applications built around your processes: internal tools, scheduling and operations systems, customer portals.

  • Integration and data

Connecting the systems you already have, importing the spreadsheets and exports your team lives in, and making the data usable.

  • Hosting and operation

We run what we build: secure hosting, single sign-on, backups, monitoring and support, so your team never has to.

For schools

Our product for school operations, Coverage, replaces the paper and spreadsheets behind teacher absences and substitute coverage.

Staff report an absence. The attendance office sees every class that needs a cover that day, on the school's own rotating day cycle, assigns teachers and substitutes by the rules the school already follows, and prints the Green Sheets, Sub Sheets and daily reports. Designed around a New York City public high school, with single sign-on, per-school data isolation and a full audit log.

For engineering teams

Our product for software teams, SwiftCTL Graph, turns a project's repositories, databases and API specs into one typed, versioned architecture graph.

Engineers read it on a canvas; AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor and Windsurf read it over MCP before they write code, so a change is made with its dependencies in view. Import from a repository, an OpenAPI spec, a PostgreSQL database or a GraphQL schema, ask "what breaks if…?", and share a saved view with a colleague or a client.

How we work

  1. Start from the workflow

We learn how your team works today, including the paper, the spreadsheets and the exceptions, before anything is designed.

  2. Build a working version early

A first version you can use arrives quickly. From there the software grows with real use, not a specification.

  3. Run it with you

You work directly with the people writing the code, and you own what we build. We keep it running, secure and backed up.
